Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon to roll balls in
Preparation
    Mix shortening, eggs and sugar.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Roll into walnut sized balls and roll in sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
