Macaroni Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    1 lb. grated cheese
    1 (14 oz.) can Carnation milk
    1/4 lb. butter
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in 1-quart of water. Let it overcook until it almost flattens out. Add butter and milk and continue to cook. Add cheese, stirring continuously. After cheese is all melted, turn off heat and let set for a few minutes to insure that it is thick enough. Spread in pan about 1/4-inch thick and chill.
