Cucumber Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers, peeled and grated
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix cucumbers with vinegar and salt.
    Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, thoroughly blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder.
    Press all liquid from the marinated cucumbers and discard.
    Stir the cucumber and cream cheese mixtures together. Serve with fresh vegetables or corn chips.
