Fresh Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
2 c. chopped pecans
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cream together the sugar, eggs and oil. Add zucchini and pecans.
Sift together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
Then blend them into the creamed mixture.
Stir in vanilla and raisins.
Grease a Bundt pan, tube pan or heavy iron skillet.
Spread in cake batter.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool and remove from pan.
