Mock Chicken Luau - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. chicken pieces *
1 to 2 cans spinach *
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Saute chicken pieces in a pot.
Add enough water to just cover chicken.
Simmer until chicken is tender.
Add spinach and soup. Continue cooking until mixture is thoroughly heated.
