Arthur'S Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    6 eggs
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. butter, softened
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. cake flour, sifted
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup of pecans in greased and floured tube cake pan and set aside. Cream butter and cream cheese.
    Add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one egg at a time.
    Beat well after each addition.
