Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Sift flour, sugar and salt together. Add to yeast; add shortening.
Stir well and roll out on a floured board.
Cut with a biscuit cutter.
Let rise 1 hour.
Bake in a hot 375\u00b0 oven until brown.
