Korean Barbecued Beef Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. lean beef short ribs
    3/4 c. short ribs
    1/4 c. water
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
    1 tsp. minced ginger
Preparation
    With bone side down, make a lengthwise cut in each piece, cutting beef halfway to bone. Cut crosswise at 1/2-inch intervals. Meat will look like a fan.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a blender. Pour sauce over meat before broiling.
    Place on hot grill and brown on all four sides.
    Cook until brown and crusty.
