Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 baked potatoes
    1 tsp. chives
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake your potatoes in the microwave or oven. Slice potatoes in half. Scoop out pulp, keeping skins intact. Mash pulp in a medium bowl. Mix all other ingredients with pulp. Spoon potato mixture into shell of the potato. Sprinkle with cheese. Then bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
