Brunch Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
4 slices buttered bread
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 lb. cooked bacon or chopped ham
Preparation

Stir together salt, eggs, dry mustard and milk. Tear bread into chunks and add to mixture.
Add cheese and bacon.
Stir together.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0 in an 8 or 9-inch square pan.
For a nice change, you can add mushrooms and broccoli.
May be prepared the night before.
