Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation

Remove skin from chicken and dry thoroughly.
Mix mustard and butter.
Brush on chicken.
Place chicken pieces in a baking dish (meatier parts toward edge of dish).
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cover with wax paper.
Cook in microwave for 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Turn chicken pieces and rotate dish 1/2 turn after nine or ten minutes of cooking.
Let stand covered for five minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
