Decorator Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
food coloring (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except food coloring in a mixing bowl; beat on low speed until blended; beat on high speed for 5 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Color as desired with food coloring.
