Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3 c. zucchini, grated (with peel)
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Add zucchini, oil, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
Sift dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Mix well.
Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
