Baked Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Frozen pkg. of haddock (pkg of 2 blocks)
mayonnaise
parmesan cheese
butter
Preparation

Place Haddock blocks into a 9 x 13 pan. Spread mayonnaise on top of each block. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Add to bottom of pan, 2 Tbsp of butter. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
