Pimiento Cheese - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. pickled jalapeno pepper slices, drained and chopped
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cheeses. Stir in chopped pepper. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: About 4 cups.
