Manicotti With Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 manicotti shells
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (15 oz.) jar marinara sauce
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 green onion, sliced
Preparation
    Cook manicotti as directed on package.
    Rinse with cold water and drain.
    Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg, onion, salt and Parmesan cheese.
    Fill manicotti shells with cheese mixture. Place in lightly oiled dish.
    Cover with marinara sauce.
    Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cook spinach as directed on box and spoon on top of manicotti.
