Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches spinach, washed and stems removed
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
    1 pkg. slivered almonds
    1 lb. bacon, chopped and fried until crisp
    3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
    croutons
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    3/4 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
    1 c. safflower oil
Preparation
    Heat honey, cider vinegar, onion and mustard in saucepan.
    Add oil; heat for 5 minutes.
    Toss spinach with dressing just before serving and garnish with all remaining ingredients.
