Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
    7 oz. pkg. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into 2 greased 9-inch pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes its own crust.
    Makes 2 pies.
