Cheese Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white flour
    1/2 tsp. coarse salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    Tabasco
    1 c. freshly grated sharp cheese (Cheddar, Asiago or Romano)
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt into a bowl.
    Beat eggs and milk together, then add to the flour, beating until quite smooth.
    Add a few drops of Tabasco.
