Microwave Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
3 egg whites
crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Dip chicken breasts in egg whites, then roll chicken breasts in crushed corn flakes.
Arrange in microwave dish.
Cover with Saran Wrap except for one corner.
Cook in microwave for 20 minutes.
Microwaves vary so check to see if chicken is done.
You may have to add some time.
Turn dish every 5 minutes during cooking.
