Crunchy Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. minced chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely crushed cornflakes
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper.
Add potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Spread in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking dish.
Combine cheese and cornflakes; sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with additional chives, if desired.
Serves 6 to 8.
