Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. zucchini, cooked, peeled and cut into small pieces
    1 c. Milnot
    2 rounded Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend all together and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top of filling.
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean, 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
    Delicious, tastes like sugar cream pie.
