Zucchini And Rice Terrine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1 onion
    2 lb. zucchini (8 small)
    2 cloves garlic
    2 oz. Swiss cheese (about 1/2 c. grated)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Oil a loaf pan or 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cook rice in plenty of boiling, salted water 10 to 15 minutes and drain.
    Chop onion and zucchini.
    Mince garlic.
    Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook onion over medium-low heat until soft. Add zucchini and garlic and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
