Oyster Mosca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions (tops and bottoms)
2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
2/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
-
Saute first 5 ingredients until soft and clear.
Blend in the rest of the ingredients.
Place about 8 raw oysters (depending on size) in serving dish.
Pour mixture over oysters and bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
