Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Use a glass dish, not metal or plastic.
Cover and place in refrigerator 2 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade and cook on grill.
Yields 8 servings.
