Chicken Soraya(Persian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    salt and pepper
    1/4 lb. soft butter
    6 dried apricots, cut in slivers
    1/4 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    4 sliced fresh bread, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
    melted butter
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Let stand 20 minutes. Pound chicken breasts a little to flatten.
    Spread butter thickly along wide part of breast.
    Sprinkle apricot slivers over butter. Roll breasts tightly around filling.
    Dip rolled chicken in flour, then egg.
    Pack bread crumbs around chicken so they adhere.
    Melt small amount of butter in heavy skillet and brown breaded chicken (about 5 minutes on each side).
