Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sauerkraut (large)
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
3 Tbsp. diced pimento
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Drain sauerkraut (do not wash), cut in small pieces and add other ingredients.
Mix well and allow to marinate for 24 hours.
