Green (Spinach) Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 of (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Cook the spinach following directions on the package.
Drain it.
Let it cool slightly.
Squeeze it as dry as possible and chop it finely.
Put flour and salt in mixing bowl.
Make a well in the center and in it put the eggs, salt and spinach.
Mix together with your fingers and knead until smooth, adding more flour or a few drops of water as necessary.
