Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained well and chopped
    1 lb. bulk sausage, fried and drained well
    3/4 c. old-fashioned oats
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together; shape into 1-inch balls.
    Bake in a shallow, greased pan for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve as appetizers.
