Shrimp And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw white rice, cooked as usual
    4 cans mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. coarse black pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 lb. cooked, deveined shrimp (add last)
Preparation
    Over low flame, stir in all ingredients.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Top with wedges of green pepper which have been boiled with 3 garlic cloves and salt for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle heavily with grated cheese (Cheddar).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 12 +.
