Angel Flake Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water;
    set aside. Mix dry
    ingredients;
    cut in shortening until the consistency of corn
    meal.
    Add
    buttermilk
    and
    yeast;
    mix
    well.
    Add little extra
    flour
    and
    knead.
    Place in tight container and refrigerate.
    Will\tkeep for several days.\tWhen ready to use, roll out and
    cut with biscuit cutter.
    Let rise in warm place 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
