Deep Dark Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Combine dry
ingredients
in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients (except
boiling
water);
beat
at medium speed 2 minutes.
Add
boiling
water.
Ingredients
of batter will be thin.
Pour into greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0: two 9-inch pans or 3 (8-inch) pans 30 to 35 minutes,
one 13 x 9-inch pan 35
to\t40
minutes
or until cake tester comes out clean.
