Mexican Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 can refried beans
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground meat.
    Cook onion and pepper until soft.
    Add to meat the onion, pepper, taco seasoning, tomato paste and refried beans.
    Cook 1/2 hour in skillet, stirring often.
    Place in casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
    Bake until melted. Top with layer of sour cream before serving.
