Chicken Mornay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pieces chicken
salt and pepper
4 oz. butter
1 oz. flour
1/2 pt. milk
2 oz. cheese
1 tsp. French mustard
1 Tbsp. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Season the chicken and place in an ovenproof dish.
Dot with 2 ounces of the butter and bake in the center of the oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Make the white sauce.
