Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and add along with carrots.
Stir well.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
