Meat Loaf In Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. ground beef (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 slices bread
    Kraft barbecue sauce
    carrots, potatoes or any vegetables desired
Preparation
    Place ground beef in large bowl.
    In small bowl, whip 1 egg for each pound of meat.
    After whipping, add bread (broken up into small pieces).
    To the whipped mixture, add 1/2 cup milk for each pound of meat.
    Mix all liquid ingredients with the meat and shape into loaf shape.
    Place in the middle of the crock-pot, along with carrots, potatoes or whatever vegetables desired.
