Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cubed
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. oil
    4 small onions, quartered
    4 small carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
    4 small potatoes, halved
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a paper bag.
    Shake beef pieces (a few at a time) until coated.
    Mix with oil in 3-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0. Stir once.
    Add vegetables, water and tomato sauce.
    Mix well. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours or until done.
