Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped dried apricots
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. chopped nuts
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Soak apricots in warm water for 1/2 hour.
    Beat egg. Add sugar and melted butter.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with orange juice.
    Stir in apricots and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 5 x 9-inch pan or two 4 x 8-inch pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour for large pan or 50 minutes for small pan.
