Double Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large white potatoes
    1 sweet onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    milk
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes, dry and pierce.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 1 hour on rack without foil.
    Melt butter and saute onion until clear and tender.
    Halve potatoes lengthwise. Scoop out the pulp, leaving shells intact.
    Mash potatoes.
    Add seasonings, butter, onion, and cheese.
    Put in enough milk for fluffy consistency.
    Fill shells. Score the tops with a fork. Bake in hot oven until tops are lightly brown.
