Fried Rice(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound ground beef
    1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup cooked rice
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet just until pink.
    Add green pepper, onion and salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well, cook, covered until ground beef in cooked through; drain, stir in rice and soy sauce.
    Cook for 5 minutes longer, adding water if necessary.
