Faber Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium boiled potatoes, cut in chunks
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Toss together.
    Place in greased baking dish (I use bacon fat).
    Bake 1/2 hour to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
