Pan De Elate - Corn And Chili Pepper Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. Jiffy mix (biscuit)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 can chili peppers
    1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese (plain for wimps, peppered for the brave)
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Cover chili peppers and slice cheese.
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan; pour 1/2 mixture in pan. Top with peppers and cheese; add remainder.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
