Vegetable Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. chopped potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    pepper
Preparation
    In large pan, combine boiling water with bouillon cubes.
    Then add vegetables and butter.
    Bring to boil; reduce and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Combine milk and flour in blender until smooth.
    Add to cooked vegetables and cook 3 minutes.
    Add cheese, stirring until melted.
    Add parsley and pepper.
    Serves 4.
