Baked Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
4 c. cooked chicken, diced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. potato chips, crushed
2/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. slivered almonds, chopped
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in butter until soft (about 3 minutes). Mix with next 6 ingredients.
Put into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Combine potato chips, cheese and almonds; sprinkle on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
