Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 1/2 large potatoes, diced
    bay leaf
    2 cans tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in a crock-pot.
    Let bubble on low for 4 to 6 hours.
    Serves 4.
