Dieter Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    5 carrots
    4 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    5 tomatoes or 15 oz. can tomatoes
    6 bouillon cubes (beef)
    6 c. water
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables coarsely.
    Add water and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil, then simmer about 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Contains 145 calories per serving.
