Ingredients

1 small pkg. orange jello
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 small jars apricot with tapioca baby food
1/2 c. Cool Whip
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Bring pineapple to boil.
Add sugar and jello powder.
Stir. Add cream cheese.
Cook and stir until cream cheese melts.
Add apricots.
Pour into bowl.
Partially chill.
Add Cool Whip. Stir.
Chill in mold until set.
