Cassions Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 medium onion, grated or dry onion flakes
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and oil.
    Add wine vinegar; heat, then cool. Add dry mustard and salt; beat until creamy.
    Add onion and celery seed.
    Beat again and chill.
