Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heads broccoli flowerets
1/2 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together for dressing.
Toss salad ingredients with dressing.
Chill for two hours before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
