Mock Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box honey graham crackers, uncrushed
3 small boxes French vanilla pudding
1 medium Cool Whip
1 can chocolate fudge icing
Preparation

In bottom of pan place one layer of graham crackers.
Make pudding according to directions.
Mix Cool Whip in with pudding. Pour 1/2 on top of graham crackers.
Place next layer of graham crackers.
Pour rest of pudding on 2nd layer of graham crackers. Place graham crackers on top.
Stir icing and spread on top of crackers.
Best if chilled for 15 minutes before serving.
